Trip TO GOA

Before Trip Planning

Step 1) Team members decided. (6 Members including me)

Step 2) Date Decided (8-13 Dec’18) as per low air fare

Step 3) Asking parents for the permission. As per experience gained from Social Networking Sites we were prepared with the answers to questions generally asked by parents to deny the permission for GOA trip like Why GOA? With Whom? Why Now? All Bachelors? Why waste Money? and many more like these. But But But in our case nothing happened what we thought off. Our parents just said Be safe and enjoy.

Step 4) Booked Sun City Resort hotel situated near BAGA Beach.

Step 5) Flights booked.

Step 6) What to do in 4 days was roughly decided. Nothing pre-booked online.

Step 7) Trip mode on.

Day 0 8th Dec’18

Eagerly waited for this day .

2 of us boarded flight from Delhi in afternoon(our leader +me).

**Window seat kabhi kabhi naseeb hoti or wese bhi badal important hai😜**

Other 2 from Delhi in evening. One from Pune. One from somewhere i don’t remember. So we were the first sub group to reach GOA. Within an hour all members were arrived. Now our first task was to reach Hotel and get sound sleep. Our hotel was about 40 km away from Airport so we had to book taxi. And a person from a place like Delhi always look for OLA UBER but none of these operates in GOA. So we had to step out of the Airport and look for taxi.

40 KM cab ride in Night will cost maximum 800 Rs in NCR but they were asking for 1500 RS minimum. So we installed one cab APP called GOA Miles. Surely its the cheapest cab provider in GOA. We reached around 1:00 AM at hotel and slept well.

DAY 1 9th Dec’18

**Wo goa ki pehli subah aaj bhi yaad hai muje🌅**

You can assume our first place to visit. Yes you guessed it right its BEACH off-course. So after getting ready we went straight to Baga Beach.

🤟The first beach which we saw in our life🤟

Everyone was wearing sleeveless t-shirt or else we can say vest and sunglasses and we were in polo t-shirt or shirts and cargo Capri.

Our attire was definitely not meant for beach outfit specially in case when you have to enter in water. So after enjoying at beach our first objective was to buy glasses and sleeveless t-shirt. In return to hotel we had breakfast and shopping.

Note: When you go in beach water don’t wear things which have pockets. Else they will be filled by sand which is difficult to remove.

After this we had lunch and took a bike on rent. Our second place to visit was Chapora Fort. Two wheeler ride in cities of Goa is equivalent to four wheeler ride in NCR on pleasant weather. Natural beauty alongside these roads is incredible.

Its a must visit place.Viewing sunset from this place is so cool.

Movie Dil Chahata Hai featured this fort which leads to rise in popularity of this fort.

In order to add some thrill we decided to trek down to end point which we are pointing in above picture.

In below picture you can search us we were in midway of trek.

Our next stop was Vagator Beach. Watching waves and listening to its sound in peaceful environment will give you goosebumps.

These waves have music🎼 as well as magic🎩

Luckily we enjoyed this here for 10-15 minutes as there was no crowd on this beach.

Our next stop was Anjuna beach. Here we saw one destination wedding was going on.

We indeed thought to crash the wedding but our attire stopped us. Ab hame pata chalne lag gaya tha every beach is same and hame priorities change karni hogi.

And then we went to hotel and after getting ready for club night we left hotel. In Tito’s Lane there are so many club particularly Tito’s unlike NCR clubs don’t allow group of unequal sex ratio. Don’t allow here means cover charge for individual was 2.7 times of pair. Our group include 2 girls 4 boys. Being from Delhi Tito’s is like Imperfecto of NCR for me. So unanimously me and one of my friend decided to stay and let other go.

Maje maje bol to diya ha hame nahi jaana club but ab hum kya kare.

Here comes twist.

While roaming in Tito’s Lane we saw so many agents of various Club’s which were meant for people like us means who cant able to pay for club like Tito’s. Luckily one of those agent convinced us. The club name is “– —— —-“.

Reasons why we were convinced:

Entry fee 300 RS only.
couple dance with Russian or i don’t know whatever on 3 song

These 2 are sufficient

Now after having stamp of club we entered and what we saw is not expressible in words. You have so many option select and dance. Apni to fat gayi. We just stood 15-20 min there in some corner so that no one can notice us having discussion on what’s going on in multiverse. Brain was saying lets do it but heart holding us back. And in this fight heart wins and we just left club had dinner and went to hotel.

Takeaway from this little story: It was like agni pariksha for us in which GOD put us and we passed it with 100%. No one can provoke anybody to do something unless and until we ourselves want to.

Day 2 10th Dec’18 (Main Day: our leader’s Birthday)

Yesterday we booked the water activities from some random vendor.

So in morning around 8:00 we left for activities.

We knew that activities will be done at Malvan Beach but didn’t knew it comes in Maharashtra. So it took around 3 hrs to reach the spot. In our team of six members one more included i.e. Birthday cake which was eagerly waiting to be cut down into small pieces.

Our first Activity was Parasailing. So for this they took us by boat into somewhere in the ocean where you can see only water around you. Its a dream birthday celebration spot with your loved ones and strangers too as our boat was carrying other groups too. So somewhere in the Arabian Sea we had a celebration and then started activities. It was perfect movie scene.

After this we had Banana ride, Jet Ski, Speed Boat and Bumper ride.

Now its time for main activity i.e. Scuba Diving.

Yeah we enjoyed it but time duration under water was not so long because it’s a peak season of tourism they had to deal with more tourists in limited time. But still considerable.

Our last activity was Bungee Jumping but due to power outage it wasn’t available.

We boarded the bus and came to our hotel. After such a splendid celebration of birthday which we can only dreamt of, its time for birthday treat. We went to our nearby Hotel WTF!?!.

Food was so delicious and particularly North Indian guy would definitely love it.

Some of us tried Feni for the first time.

Went to hotel and slept well.

DAY 3 11th Dec’18

We booked a taxi for Dudhsagar Waterfalls yesterday. So in early morning around 07:00 AM we left hotel for dudhsagar.

One thing which i find unique here that at entry gate of waterfall forest department officials check entire jeep for plastic water bottles or food wrappers and note down its count against jeep registration no. and upon exit they check again. If any discrepancy found vehicle registration cancelled after 3 such cases. So its drivers and tourists mutual responsibility to keep forest area clean.

If someone love trekking this is good trek but they don’t allow. So one way is enter gate by jeep then start trek its your choice depends on how much risk you can take. Its not advisable though.

For 1hr we can enjoy the bath under waterfall even if you don’t know how to swim as they provide safety jacket. Laying on back on the water and watching waterfall is a perfect getaway. And if train passes by is just a icing on the cake.

Moreover international crowd was more compared to national crowd.

But in one word its best.

Moving ahead our next stop was spice farm visit. Its a good knowledge enhancement visit but don’t know how much i remember now.

Our next stop was Tirupati Balaji Mandir,Goa.

Our next stop was Wax world Museum near Basilica of Bom Jesus church. Dont visit this, if till now you haven’t been to Madame Tussauds Museum .It gona kill your excitement.

Next we visited Basilica of Bom Jesus church and enjoyed peace there.

Our next stop was Coco Beach for watching dolphin. And luckily we got one perfect click too.

In complete ride one can have a look of Aguada fort, Central Jail and lighthouse from riverside.

Next we had dinner in tito’s lane and after that went to Calangute beach for night walk.

Day 4 12th Dec’18

As it is last day of trip so we decide to go on jogging early morning and say good bye to baga beach.

After breakfast we decided to go to visit old Goa . We got 3 scooters on rent headed towards Dona Paula beach. Unfortunately one of our scooters goes in breakdown in middle.
